Who is Circlz for?

Circlz is built for companies in Egypt: HR managers who run the day-to-day work, CEOs and managers who need a clear view of their people, and every employee, who gets their own workspace.

What is Circlz?

Circlz is a bilingual Arabic and English HR platform for companies in Egypt. It covers employee records, leave, attendance, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, performance, benefits, learning, expenses, assets and engagement, with a self-service workspace for every employee.

Does Circlz include company-wide reports?

Reporting and analytics is planned and not yet available. Leave reports and employee directory exports are available today.

Is Circlz available in Arabic?

Yes. Every screen is available in Arabic and English with a right-to-left layout in Arabic, and numbers are always shown in Latin digits. Each company chooses its own timezone, currency and language.

Does Circlz run Egyptian payroll?

Payroll is in early access. Calculations run on a versioned rule pack, and the statutory Egypt income-tax and social-insurance pack is activated only after a qualified review.

How is Circlz priced?

Plans are priced per purchased licence, billed whether or not each licence is assigned. Published plans appear on the pricing page; until then, pricing is provided on request.

What happens after I request a demo?
